We are happily bringing back a kids Triathlon to our beautiful City. We have two distances, Short and long. Short- 100 M swim 3K bike 1K run Long- 200 M Swim 4.5K bike 2K run The swim will be in the Spokane River and the athletes will have the option to swim along the shore and can touch, if they choose to. They are also allowed to wear flotation devices.
