Summer running is tough, and we can all use a little extra motivation! Join the Flash Fit Virtual Race. You pick your distance - 5k, 10k, half-marathon. Pick your distance: 5k, 10k, or 13.1. Complete your race and share your results with me via Final Surge, Strava, plotaroute, etc. I will collect results and share with everyone running! And if you need help planning a route, let me know! **For local runners, we'll meet up on Saturday, August 8th - plan your route around this meet-up and we can celebrate our finishes together.
